About the Job:

As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Member Officer (CMO) to ensure that the Member division focuses on key objectives.

  • Coordinate and communicate the development and monitoring of the Member strategy and success metrics
  • Set up and manage reporting frameworks
  • Support in group communications

This role plays a crucial part in making sure the member remains at the core of the company's strategy. It involves engaging and assisting the broader Member team to deliver on strategic goals alongside the CMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Data Insights team to prioritize member insights
  • Extract valuable insights from data, develop member priorities and narratives
  • Oversee member-led initiatives ensuring maximum success
  • Collaborate with leaders to communicate key member priorities
  • Support CMO in messaging development for internal and external meetings
  • Maintain key documents and artifacts for strategic stakeholder management
  • Stay updated on market trends and develop strategies for enhanced member outcomes
  • Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives
  • Assist in CMO reporting and preparation of Board & Committee papers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance

Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience in superannuation / financial services
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for data and emerging technology
  • Demonstrated leadership in customer-centric environments
  • Understanding of customer experience best practices
  • Ability to make critical decisions and manage outcomes
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen
  • Strong project management skills
