As a Senior Associate within the Environment & Planning team, you will get to handle a diverse range of tasks related to environmental regulations, planning permits, and adherence to standards. You will offer strategic counsel to clients, manage complex deals, and contribute to the team's progress and accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on environmental and planning matters such as regulatory conformity, land utilization, and construction permissions.
- Evaluate and discuss contracts, licenses, and permits linked to environmental and planning affairs.
- Conduct legal investigations and assessments to bolster client cases and deliver precise recommendations.
- Cooperate with clients, governmental bodies, and external stakeholders to secure favorable results.
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory alterations influencing environmental and planning statutes.
- Qualified attorney with at least 5 years of post-licensure practice in environmental and planning law.
- Thorough understanding of environmental laws, urban planning directives, and correlated regulatory structures.
- Proficiency in managing intricate environmental and planning affairs, including scrutinies and project permissions.
- Superb analytical, bargaining, and communication competencies.
- Capability to perform well in a team setting and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
