Our client, a reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE in property law to join their dynamic and thriving Property Law team.

As a Senior Associate in the Property Law team, you will take on a key leadership role, contributing your extensive experience and expertise in handling complex property transactions.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, advising clients on a diverse range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-value and intricate property transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations, assessing legal risks and identifying potential issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of property-related documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, offering strategic solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering strong working relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years of PQE in property law.
Extensive knowledge of property law principles, regulations, and industry practices.
Proven track record in successfully managing complex property transactions from start to finish.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional client management and communication abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
