Your New Role As the subject matter expert, you will support the effective and efficient delivery of Cara's Quality Management System to achieve best practice and legislative compliance in an environment of continuous improvement; and promote a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and implement a quality management system (QMS) that reflects industry best practice and Cara's strategic priorities.

Monitor the Quality and Safeguarding data, systems, and work practices to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and ensure compliance to standards.

Support the collation and analysis of data highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations; and develop fit for purpose reports for operational, Executive and Board forums.

Develop and manage the internal quality audit process.
Design organisational processes to create and update policies and procedures in line with compliance requirements and Cara's strategic priorities.
Skills & Experience Tertiary education in relevant field (e.g.
Social Work, Disability Studies, Law, Compliance).
Strong understanding of the disability sector, including the NDIS plan review cycle and audit processes.
Able to critically evaluate and analyse issues and execute targeted solutions.
Highly resilient and can lead and deliver outcomes in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Well-developed presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills; able to identify trends and business improvement opportunities from data.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (must be maintained)Current Working with Children Screening Check (must be maintained).
Some out of hours work may be required.
