We arecurrently seeking a junior Lawyer to join our Corporate/M&Apractice based in our Brisbane office. This role presents afantastic opportunity to be involved in interesting work within acollaborative and friendly environment.

What does the role involve?

 In this roleyou will be servicing corporate and commercial matters for keyclients alongside a well-known industry partner. On a day to daybasis you will have the chance to;

act for international and domestic clients from a variety of different industries; advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint venture arrangements and advisory work on corporate governance matters and regulatory issues; prepare and advise on a wide variety of contracts and terms and conditions; interact with clients and liaise with colleagues in other offices and practice areas around the globe participate in business development and client relationship activities.

About you

To besuccessful in this role you will ideally have a 1 – 3 years'experience in broad corporate and commercial matters, working in amedium to large law firm.
