THE ROLE:
As a member of the team, you will work alongside Corporate Partners, collaborating with a team while serving clients on a range of matters

Including:
Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,Equity capital markets,Back door listings,Corporate advisory,ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
Joint ventures,Private equity,Debt funding,Capital raising,Foreign investment,Funds management, as well asCorporate structuring.

THE LAWYER:


To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of PAE, with a significant portion spent in a specialised M&A practice in Brisbane.

If you bring this experience, the firm is ready and enthusiastic to support your growth with training, mentoring, and resources, helping you become a specialist corporate M&A lawyer and a recognised name in the Brisbane market.
