DUTIES:
- Working with the Engineering Team, perform electrical works on both the A and B Series railcar fleets including, reliability improvement programs, modifications, repairs, obsolescence and general maintenance works.
- Providing guidance and support to railcar maintenance teams to identify root cause of electrical faults and perform required rectification works.
- Assist product support technicians with repairs and modifications of railcar electrical circuit boards and components.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- A Grade Electrical License
- Highly developed faultfinding and trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to read electronic or wiring diagrams.
- Electronic circuit board rework experience highly desirable
- Ability to work within a team environment and work to strict deadlines
- Availability to undertake Shift Work
