Helpdesk Analyst (CBRE HOST)

Here's what you'll focus on:

  • Assist in the overall implementation and success of the Host Building global product. Work alongside a crossfunctional product team with a range of projects.
  • Provide support for products, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries requested from internal and external stakeholders. Assisting in systems administration utilizing specialized software to support daily operations.
  • Communicate accurate and articulate information between stakeholders, including client and developer teams.
  • Proactively research and assist in communicating best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations

Our ideal person:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Information systems or related fields with a minimum of two years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Including advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables etc.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
