The recruitment of this position constitutes part of the Randstad Recruitable Pilot and is open only to applicants with permanent disability. Having a permanent disability is a genuine occupational requirement for the position under the special measures s 26(3)(b) and s 28 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).About the roleThe Technology Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Tennis Australia (TA) IT & Digital systems by providing timely technical assistance to customers.You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing service desk incidents and requests, acting as the customer's advocate to the wider technology team where escalation is necessary, always resulting in the delivery of a great customer experience. During the Summer of Tennis (SoT), you will be an integral part of the team that provides end user devices and systems including the timely preparation, deployment and support of technology equipment that supports the Australian Open and all related interstate events.About Tennis AustraliaTennis Australia is part of Australia's national sporting and cultural heritage.   • Experience working in a Service Desk / IT Support position, within a Microsoft environment - Knowledge of Apple products would be advantageous. If you don't have this knowledge - it will be an area you can learn more about
  • Experience working with Atlassian stack of products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence etc)
  • Microsoft Office (M365), Azure Identity Management, Microsoft Intune and AD - Active Directory experience
  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure, and a good understanding of ITIL Service Management.
