**What you'll do

  • Support the Portfolio, Program and Project Managers with governance deliverables and project related administrative tasks
  • Support Financial management and reporting for the Portfolio which is large and complex Coordinate and support the Projects meetings scheduling / coordination/ minutes in line with program key milestones and workshop preparation
  • Coordinate team administrative tasks and processes such as invoicing, new starter onboarding, reporting, minute taking, diary management and team events
  • Provide input to developing best practice project management approach & methodology, includes development of relevant reporting and timely reports on the project's health Ensure Governance is always up to date and applied
**What you'll bring

  • An interest in project management and developing a career path
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in reporting & follow through
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Effective use of Google suite tools (or Windows equivalent) including building slide presentations
  • Previous financials experience (cost management, SAP, Ariba or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven stakeholder management skills
