**Role context

Forming part of the Procurement Services Team this role is responsible for the oversight and day to day efficiency and effectiveness of the business fleet program.

This includes management of the tool of trade fleet and commercial fleets within the group, reporting to the Operations Manager - Services in an immediate team of three.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Support Woolworths Tool of Trade Fleet managing day to day operations and escalations with our partners
  • Complete regular reporting to monitor fleet exceptions, ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Manage TOT vehicle replacement program
  • Coordinate the efficient management of fleet assets, monitoring fleet performance across a number of key deliverables
  • Control Fleet insurance operations including invoicing, policy performance and process improvement
  • Manage Tool of Trade communications and services for all drivers
  • Provide fleet information and advice to business units as required
  • Support fleet procurement activities alongside category manager
  • Manage ongoing engagement and relationships with key suppliers
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and deliver fleet solutions meeting business objectives Identify and assess market opportunities to maintain and improve fleet services to the Woolworths Group

**Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in managing fleet programs and operations, key partners and suppliers.
  • Sound capabilities across the MS Office products and GCP
  • Clear understanding of corporate fleet operations and functions essential
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Strong business acumen
