The Role


The ASM will be a passionate leader who is responsible for leading the store team and visually emulating the brand vision & values.

They will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and will have the ability to confidently execute all operational activity.


This is a dynamic role suited to a vibrant and ambitious leader that loves to deliver an experiential level of service to the highest standard.


  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager (ideally in luxury fashion)
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
  • Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong business management acumen.
  • Be a dynamic and handson leader who leads by example.
  • A leader who is passionate about motivating and coaching a team to succeed.
  • High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI's set by the brand are achieved.
  • Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
  • Confidently lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.
  • Implement instore training to deliver excellence.
  • Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
  • Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
  • Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
  • Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
  • Ensure shopfloor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.
  • Be creative. Explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.
