Iconic Sportswear Assistant Manager - Chadstone


Are you ready to join a leading sportswear retailer? This business is at the forefront of the sports and lifestyle industry, providing top-quality athletic wear and fashion.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the store's operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of dedicated Sales Associates, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing the store's performance through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Help manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Support in the training and development of staff, fostering a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a retail environment, with a passion for sports and active lifestyles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problemsolving abilities.
  • An understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Customerfocused approach and the ability to deliver outstanding service.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and staff development.
