  • Store Manager $7080K+Super

Duties of the Role:

  • The Experience in managing a premium and or luxury fashion label stores
  • Australian Designer Retail Experience is highly regarded
  • Styling experience is a must
  • Lead, train, motivate a team of retail stylists, communicating and set personal budgets.
  • Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines, analyse and organise stock to maximise sales across both stores.
  • Motivate and drive sales across all locations.
  • Preparing rosters within wage budgets, report weekly sales results in weekly executive meetings, monthly SWOT analysis.
  • Highest level of operational standards and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams
  • A high performer in sales results, well presented and attention to detail.
