We are seeking passionate and driven
Rehabilitation Counsellors and
Social Workers to join our team across Metro Sydney in our Alexandria, Macquarie Park or Parramatta offices.
- Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
- Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
- Delivering counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances;
- Support people to recover and return to their preinjury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
You will be qualified as a:
- Rehabilitation Counsellor (with Full or Associate ASORC or RCAA membership), or
- Social Worker (with full AASW membership)
You'll also need:
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
- Experience working with exdefence personnel (highly regarded)
- Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
