Our Guest Relations team provide the building community with exceptional service, understanding each customer and anticipating their needs daily.

They will make people's workdays more rewarding and efficient by facilitating services and anticipating requirements for the occupants of this co-working space.

At the heart of the workplace our Concierge team provide personalised services to our tenants and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community.

They will be the first point of engagement with tenants and visitors, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience.

The Opportunity:

  • Warmly welcoming all visitors, setting the tone for the lobby experience and ambience.
  • Managing the Visitor Management signin system, providing technical assistance where required.
  • Proactively finding opportunities to provide a highcalibre and hyperpersonalized service for guests.
  • Managing the Concierge servicerequest portal, responding to all guestservices related requests in a timely manner.
  • Providing building and neighborhood advice to guests and staff.
  • Facilitating Concierge services for staff, including Umbrella Loans, Welcome Gift Check-Outs, Restaurant Bookings and assistance with the building app.
  • Participate in team brainstorms, through contributing community event ideas

We'd love to see demonstrated experience in a front-of-house capacity, whether it be from a corporate, events or hospitality environment.
