Job Description:

Claims Processor - Workers Compensation

About the Role

Working within the ROC II team with your own portfolio of low risk long term claims. Working alongside a collaborative team, providing technical support and opportunities for career growth and development.

  • Managing weekly payment of entitlements
  • Data entry for individual claims portfolios
  • Handling high-risk calls with patients
  • Responsible for processing claims requests in compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
  • CIP (Community Integration Program) Claims

Required Expertise

  • Customer service background in a medical or corporate setting
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, medical professionals, and legal practitioners
  • Awareness of issues concerning individuals with medical, cultural, and social requirements
  • Proficient in working across various platforms and troubleshooting technology independently
  • Strong processing abilities – including claims management tasks like file noting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
