What this opportunity involves:


This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and work onsite with one of our clients in Sydney Based at Reception as well as having Facility Administration duties, this role is a vital member of the team connecting internal and external stakeholders together and support engagement, as well as improvement in facilities management and the delivery of excellent customer service.


Snapshot of the role:


Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.

Support desk booking system - log visitors/guests who are entering and exiting the building
Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests generation & invoice receipting.

Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities.
Can-do attitude
Sound knowledge in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organization, verbal, multi-tasking, and written communication skills
