About the job:
You will be working in this critical role as Receptionist.
Your positive mind, personable nature, and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be cherished in this role, as well as your proactiveness, attention to detail and organisation skills.
Your ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks, action items and projects is highly valued. Working together with the Administration Specialists and Partners of the firm will create strong working relationships within our organisation. You are the sort of person who enjoys building relationships with all levels of staff. We will welcome you to our newly renovated offices in the heart of North Sydney.- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Manage Meeting Room calendars
- Manage Car Parking calendar
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail daily
- Organise couriers as required
- Building security access card management
- Assist with office and general building facility management
- Preparing regular and adhoc reports for various teams
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Assist with distribution and tracking of IT equipment
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies and ordering as necessary
- General upkeep and maintenance of reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchen areas and appliances
- Provide administrative support as requested to multiple departments
- Scanning documents, filing and data entry
- Organise catering as required
About you:
- Confident in meeting new people face to face
- Confident with speaking on the phone
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm at our North Sydney location
- Ability to use Excel, Outlook and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or similar is highly desired
- Good time management and organisational skills
