We're looking for a proactive go-getter to assist with all day-to-day office operations, including greeting clients and visitors, resetting meeting rooms, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and tasks.
What You'll Do
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Sorting and sending office mail.
- Managing assets, such as stationery and tech equipment.
- Support the Account Management team with customer support and adhoc administrative tasks.
- Support the Streem kitchen and dining room, including daily lunch service for staff.
- Purchasing items for the office kiosk when necessary.
- Run errands (printing, coffees, admin tasks).
- Assist in coordinating events as necessary.
- Taking messages and following up on office enquiries.
- Organising travel by booking accommodation and flights/buses as required.
- Support the broader team with small tasks as and when needed.
- Assist in handling office requests for dialins, conferences, and meeting rooms.
- Keeping key work areas tidy, including meeting rooms.
- Other duties as determined by Streem from time to time.
