Job Description:


The Office Manager is responsible for managing all administrative activities, receptionist duties and facilitating the efficient running of the office in addition to assisting with event management.

The day-to-day activities can vary from helping to get lunch orders, maintain office shared drives to assisting with the smooth coordination and running of meetings during the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.


This role will suit an organised, motivated, forward thinking & mature minded individual that is passionate about maintaining an organised office whilst promoting GYG's values and displaying energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.


Must speak English and Spanish

What you can expect in the role:

  • Full Reception duties
  • Scanning & Filing
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organise regular lunch/catering orders
  • Manage and coordinate all postal & courier matters
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office at all times including liaison with building management when necessary
  • Assist with planning and managing a range of events for GYG Corporate Head Office. This may include organisationalwide or officewide events

You'll enjoy this role if you have:

  • Experience in Reception or Office Manager role (not essential but administrative experience is a bonus)
  • A cando attitude and desire to work in a diverse, fastpaced office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office
