Lotus People is excited to partner with a leading architecture and design firm to find a PA supporting 3 Directors for a 12-month FTC, with potential for permanent placement.

The Role

Working within a solid and collaborative team, you will be responsible for supporting 3 directors. You will play an integral role in shaping the directors' day-to-day planning, streamlining processes, and understanding their needs. As part of a fast-paced architectural firm, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's high standards.

  • Managing multiple diaries.
  • Scheduling and coordinating multiple teams.
  • Document control and management.
  • Planning travel, including accommodations and transport.
  • Assisting in the collection and analysis of project data.
  • Communication and building rapport with key external stakeholders and clients will be an important part of this role.
  • This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is forwardthinking and wellorganised to work in a fastpaced, progressive position in a business highly respected in the industry.
  • Ideally one year of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills.
  • Extensive diary management experience
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • A wellorganised, processoriented, and positive approach.
