  • My client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team on a 6month rolling contract basis, with the potential for extension. The client is a global Australian brand who is a leader within their industry.
  • As a Service Delivery Manager working within the End User Computing (EUC) space, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services to our clients' end users. You will be responsible for managing vendors, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous service improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customerfocused professional to make a significant impact on the success of our clients' IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and work with vendors to ensure they deliver services and solutions in accordance with contractual agreements and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring mínimal disruption to end users.
  • Acting as the SME for and supporting mobility, deployment projects
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
  • Manage asset and license management activities, ensuring compliance and optimizing asset utilization.'

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager within the End User Computing space or as a leader within a similar EUC role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing vendors and thirdparty service providers.
  • Solid understanding of SLAs, ITIL frameworks, and service management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive and customercentric approach.
