The main goal of this role is to ensure effective information and knowledge management at AAL. This includes upholding all local and group compliance requirements related to Information and Document Management, such as ASIDM, RRD Policy, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage, DORA, and APRA.You will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing a knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on knowledge stored in the M365 suite

- Supervising the continuous improvement strategy to enhance process efficiency and collaboration using M365 applications

- Managing AAL's information and document architecture

- Providing thought leadership on best practices for information and knowledge management utilizing M365 applications

- Establishing and overseeing reporting objectives, goals, and metrics for executive monitoring of knowledge and information management effectiveness and compliance with local and group requirements

- Developing and executing governance for M365 automation features

- Ensuring compliance with information and document management regulations in the M365 suite, including ASIDM, RRDP, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage, and DORA

- Acting as the business owner of M365 for AALAbout you

- Relevant tertiary education in knowledge management, organizational management, business administration, document management, or IT management

- Proficient in using M365 as a document management system, with expertise in SharePoint for information and document management

- Mastery of M365 and Teams

- Experience in developing knowledge management processes and efficiencies in a large organization

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and empower individuals to unleash their potential, both individually and as a team

- Experience in collaborating with global teams to provide local solutions

- Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders to build strong professional relationships and influence outcomes

- Solid grasp of risk management, compliance, and best practices for data loss prevention
