Currently, we are looking for an In-Store Product Care Specialist to join our vibrant team at the Melbourne Chadstone Store.

Your opportunity

To deliver exceptional customer service, building trust, and nurturing client relationships.

How you will contribute

  • Provide an outstanding retail experience and cultivate a customer-focused culture
  • Manage daily ticketing processes promptly
  • Address customer concerns in line with Gucci policies for consistent after-sales care
  • Develop enduring client relationships
  • Ensure adequate floor coverage for addressing product quality inquiries
  • Collaborate with other business departments
  • Liaise with the Product Care Front Office team to handle client complaints about repairs and their impact on customer satisfaction
  • Conduct training for store staff on managing client claims effectively and using Gucci systems
  • Report product quality issues during team briefings
  • Uphold Gucci Standards and Procedures/Guidelines
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management

Who you are

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet navigation
  • Driven to surpass sales targets and customer expectations
  • Exhibit exceptional selling skills by attentively meeting customer needs
