The organization

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of L & D, a large part of this role will see you support, manage and mentor a team of Assessors – identifying training opportunities and providing guidance. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders reviewing and assessing capabilities of team members and identifying training required to comply.

Selection criteria:
  • Tertiary qualification in L & D, HR or Org Psych
  • Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Proven experience in understanding capabilities frameworks – evaluating & assessing
  • Leadership experience – building and supporting teams
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills with stakeholder management exp
  • Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems, processes and procedures
