Corporate Administration Services Manager Queensland Health (Organisation site Eight Mile Plains Community Health Centre Community and Oral Health are looking for a Corporate Administration Services Manager to join their team to be responsible for all aspects of operational leadership, and the development of robust systems for corporate and financial governance across Metro South Community and Oral Health facilities and clinical streams.

About the Role Demonstrate the ability to provide effective leadership working across Community and Oral Health and the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) in multi-disciplinary programs, streams and diverse work units.

This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating administrative services in accordance with Service, Directorate, and Corporate Goals.

Assist to manage the day-to-day operations and long-term planning for Community and Oral Health services, through effective leadership and management of the Facility Managers, administration staff and relevant corporate functions (including, but no limited to fleet management, facility management and other functions as directed).

Establish and effectively maintain collaborative business relationships and partnerships with the HHS and more broadly, to ensure that administration and corporate services activities are integrated, productive and opportunities to leverage and share are fully exploited.

Be actively involved in the strategic Metro South Health (MSH) Community and Oral Health Directorate and facility governance committees, as directed by the Executive Director.
