Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as an Associate Director of Civil Engineering? If you have a strong background in civil engineering, leadership skills, and a knack for fostering client relationships, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the civil engineering division.
  • Oversee planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers for top-notch performance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Drive business development to expand our client base.
  • Ensure projects meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve engineering designs and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders for project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • CPEng certification in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in civil engineering.
  • Extensive project management skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proven success in client relationship management.
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record in business development and client acquisition.
Preferred Skills:
  • Consultancy leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability.
  • Experience with advanced project management software.
  • Strong network within the civil engineering industry.
