This newly created role of National Retail Operations Manager will oversee all Veneziano Cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies to increase sales and EBITA across all venues
  • Collaborate, guide and mentor cafe teams to achieve operational targets
  • Improve the guest experience and create coffee showpieces across our cafe network
  • Analysis past and present results to improve customer service and achieve targets
  • Foster an engaged team who pride themselves on high expectations, team work and trust.

Skills and Experiences:

What are we looking for?

You must have a warm personality and strive to provide exceptional customer service by developing and supporting your team.

You will have a passion for showcasing the best coffee and hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.


  • Prior management experience in the hospitality industry, where service standards are paramount:
  • Experience analysing financial reports and making decisions that positively impact results:
  • Success in implementing new initiatives to drive Café performance:
  • Prior experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high performing talent:
  • Proven experience translating brand standards into operational action.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
