Web Officer

As a Web Officer, you will support the content management of the departments' corporate and school websites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the request queue to ensure all new requests for content updates are triaged effectively, promptly and according to team processes.
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming communications relating to web content.
  • Liaising with multiple teams to enable the smooth and efficient completion of content updates.
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external clients to ensure quality outcomes
  • Providing advice and guidance on content updates and associated requirements.
  • Editing web content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with schools, corporate units, and stakeholders.
  • A background in digital content, and a basic understanding of html.
  • Demonstrated ability in content management, content management systems, and web governance.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated.
