As Digital Products Officer you will: - create and update web content in line with government styles and standards
- publish, update, and maintain forms, articles, and contacts within ServiceNow
- understand business processes and rules; translate these to form design
- advise stakeholders on customer-centric form design, web, and information standards
- develop test plans and coordinate and conduct testing
- create media, such as feature mock-ups in Adobe Photoshop and promotional videos
- research problems, products, and features to find, advise of, and implement solutions
- learn new systems and train others, including creating work instructions
- manage small projects as required
