The Company
Our client is the largest rental provider of

test and measurement instruments in the southern hemisphere, and they are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive who has the drive to succeed.

The Role
This is a very exciting position for someone who loves to

sell and has the ability to handle a l

arge volume of calls. Together with your excellent verbal communication skills, you will be required to assist customers using your knowledge of test and measurement equipment obtained through a trade background in, e.g.

electronics, instrumentation, electrical, telecommunications or similar industry. This role will also require you to have hands-on experience with

maintenance of equipment to get the returned equipment ready for the next rental use.

You will be expected to provide

technical support and solutions to customers' problems accompanied by the ability to negotiate and 'upsell'.

Key skills and experience:

  • A successful track record in customer service evidenced by sales and revenue growth and a demonstrated passion and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
  • Knowledge of test and measurement equipment for manufacturing and general industrial use obtained through a trade background in, e.g., electronics, instrumentation, electrical, telecommunications or similar industry
  • Highly effective
    communication skills both verbal and written as well as the ability to influence customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Competent computing skills with experience of using a complex
    CRM and maintaining accurate data demonstrating attention to detail at all times
  • Welldeveloped
    analytical skills to be able to analyse a customer issue/needs and create appropriate solutions
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and meeting constant
    deadlines:
  • Evidence of effectively working in a team environment and contributing to the team's success
  • Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to continuously learn and develop product knowledge
