Our client is a highly regarded electrical contracting company based in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Specialising in electrical installation, service, maintenance and repairs across the commercial and industrial sectors.

As the company experiences growth there is a new opportunity for a highly motivated and vibrant Administration Trainee to join their Brisbane team based in Yatala.

This is a diverse position and best suited to a young ambitious professional who is looking to start their career and ready to learn all aspect of the business.


Primary Objective


In the position of Administration Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multi task in an ever-changing environment.

Day to day responsibilities assisting the electrical team will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Data entry, invoicing, filling
  • Customer service work (taking orders, dealing with customers, assist staff with data updates including stock, deliveries )
  • Assisting managers
  • Develop social media opportunities. Manage photos and stories.
  • Basic administration duties
  • Shadowing the Team and helping with any duties
