Your New Position:
You will be working in a cohesive team of Maintenance Planners assisting with the management & coordination of routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance works.
You will undertake planning activities to maintain a large, interesting site assisting with planning a variety of works including buildings, grounds, fire, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical services, plant and equipment.
No two days are the same in this dynamic environmentYou will:
Manage the day-to-day allocation of maintenance work
Action requests for support from internal clients
Establish appropriate maintenance plans and maintain accurate information and records in SAP
Liaise with supervisors, sub contractors, clients and other stakeholders
Source contractors to undertake non-routine works
Raise purchase orders
Assist with scope of works, tendering and contract documentation
Assist with the delivery of planned projects / upgrades
Your Background:
Good understanding of maintenance strategy, planning and coordination
Demonstrated experience with SAP
Facilities management experience highly regarded
Broad knowledge of Australian standards, codes and statutory requirements
Trades background not necessary but well regarded
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
