About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at WaterNSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a schedule of planned works to ensure maintenance activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure availability of assets and resources to deliver maintenance work.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and review of operating and capital budgets.
Requirements
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and outage planning.
  • Experience in scheduling maintenance jobs and resource management.
