About the Role

The CHPP Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities in the Clarence CHPP to ensure safe and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance with Qube and Centennial's Health and Safety Management Systems
  • Providing input into incident and near-miss investigations and completing assigned corrective actions
  • Managing spare parts, including ordering, receiving, and storing
  • Developing the weekly CHPP maintenance plan, including planned and corrective work orders
  • Monitoring contractors and visitors for compliance with site safety requirements
  • Communicating emerging maintenance issues with the CHPP Process Coordinator and Centennial/Clarence CHPP Management team
  • Providing operations and maintenance support, including shift coverage if required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NSW driver's license
  • A current Order 43 Pre-Placement Health Assessment
  • Trade qualifications
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Supervisor training, including RIIRIS301, RIIOHS301, and RIICOM301
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a CHPP planner, supervisor, or similar maintenance role
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Literacy and numeracy skills for report writing

Additional qualifications and experience that would be beneficial for this role include:

  • RIIRIS402 (G2)
  • Training in incident investigation
  • Post-trade training in maintenance planning
  • Graduate Certificate in Asset and Maintenance Management
