The Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) comprises South Australia's major health facilities, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. Mental health services are also provided at Glenside Health Services and other locations across metropolitan and regional areas.

Salary

MAS3 - $125,970 per year plus Superannuation, Salary Packaging Benefits, and Leave Loading

We're seeking an individual with:
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-level negotiations in an IR/ER setting, including implementing major enterprise bargaining agreements, resolving disputes, engaging in workplace consultations, and representing the Portfolio to employer and/or employee groups.
  • A strong dedication to staff education, development, and well-being.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of liaising, consulting, and negotiating on complex and sensitive matters.
  • Knowledge of health policy and current issues affecting the Health Industry, particularly in relation to the workforce.
