Position purpose

Capabilities and experience

  • Experience in managing, or playing a strong role in, Voice of Customer programs and tools such as InMoment or Qualtrics would be an advantage.
  • Experience in an evaluation, research and/or projects role in the Human Services sector (an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously within agree timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to display initiative, work independently, prioritise workload, and meet multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, all round team player with an ability to manage up and down to stakeholders and team members.
  • Can create insight and data driven reports and artefacts independently to inform strategy, initiatives and business projects.
  • Solid presentation skills and ideally workshop facilitation experience.
  • Strong IT skills including strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills, Power BI an advantage or willingness to upskill, along with experience using databases
