Customer Team Customer Lead

About the role
Our client from the government sector needs an Agile coach/Customer Team Outcome Lead (CTOL) to introduce and support new ways of working and assist in upgrading legacy systems through domain-centric delivery. This role marks a shift from past practices, where technological changes drive transformations, mostly using waterfall methods rather than focusing on customer results.
Key Responsibilities
- Educating and facilitating a SCRUM process with senior leaders, aiding in decision-making and prioritization
- Guiding and coaching diverse development teams to adopt new work methodologies like SCRUM alongside traditional approaches for enhanced efficiency
- Coordinating inter-team prioritization to ensure clear accountabilities
- Aiding in developing and executing a uniform performance management framework for several teams, both internal and external to the program
- Assisting teams in defining outcome-based deliverables and staying focused on them
- Supporting Business Owners in decision-making, defining features, and prioritizing tasks
- Promoting collaboration across teams, leveraging dependencies where needed, and allocating resources appropriately
- Establishing, advocating, and integrating feedback mechanisms for continuous enhancement
- Performing other tasks delegated by the business Executive/s
Skills & Experience
- Extensive background in managing Program deliveries
- Hands-on experience in agile delivery team environments
- Proficiency in fostering effective collaboration between agile and non-agile teams
