Reporting to the MARC Manager, the Maintenance Planner will use proactive methods of data collection, analysis, and tracking to oversee all planning activities in line with resources and agreed timelines.

This role will be based from our Ravensworth MARC site, working Monday to Friday on a 50hr week.

Key Responsibilities:

- coordination of daily service demands

  • Proactive contact with key stakeholders for daily updates
  • Validate and approve jobs to be invoiced at the end of service proactively drive WIP
- uphold service commitments and quality standards

  • Monitor workloads with supervisors to achieve targets
  • Compliance with OHS requirements
  • Inventory planning and order management

Skills & Experience:

  • Mobile Plant Equipment Management Experience within a similar environment (highly desirable)
- demonstrated knowledge in working with and understanding equipment maintenance and scheduling concepts.
- high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability and drive to carry out required actions.
- demonstrated customer service skills with an understanding of the importance of effective customer management.

  • Strong communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
- excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse information and identify continuous improvement initiatives
- ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
