Your opportunity


As a Engineering Manager (Networks), you will be responsible for stable, secure, and functional networks platforms across our public clouds, Datacenters and Living Centers.

Whilst modernizing and migrating these onto modern solutions. You will be delivering robust scalable and secure networking technology that enables our organisation. Develop best practices for SG based on industry standards, adapt to our requirements. Support the modernisation and progression of our foundational technologies that support the future of the company.

You will have overall accountability to:

  • Manage and forecast the capacity and commercials of the team around known and unknown commercial milestones
  • Act as Core Technologies SecOps representative bringing standards, practices, and principles back into the broader team
  • Accountable for the development and implementation of appropriate Network & SecOps policies and practices to support our company mission
  • Contribute to and derive from the broader Technology Strategy and vision
  • Represent Core Technology working with Cyber Governance to provide leadership, providing clear and accurate reporting of critical metrics for Cyber and Privacy controls health and maturity
  • Monitor and analyze trends in system performance, cost, capacity and reliability
  • Work with the architecture team to roadmap and design the Digital Connectivity Strategy
