The organization, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, employs 25,000 individuals worldwide who operate across more than 350 port terminals, oilseed processing plants, grain facilities, and food production units.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Terminal Maintenance Supervisor to join our Bunbury team.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising the team in the absence of the Maintenance Manager
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance of plant and equipment following manufacturer's guidelines to ensure safety and enhance production
- Tackling and resolving operational or technical equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Conducting daily equipment inspections
- Assisting with on-site maintenance activities
- Supporting the operational team as needed
- Demonstrating dedication to safety and collaboration
To excel in this position, you should:
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have knowledge of SAP
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be willing to travel within Western Australia when necessary
