The Role
***The role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a portfolio of key commercial assets. Reporting to the Director, you will be the main point of contact for tenants, with a critical focus on coordinating and maintaining tenant relationships and ensuring key property management duties are maintained on a day-to-day basis.

The Responsibilities

  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Conduct inspections including entry, exit, routine, and prepare inspection report
  • Arrears management
  • Tribunal hearing and insurance claims
  • Property leasing
  • Rent review
  • Escalate repairs
  • Prepare lease documents and lease sign ups

Ideal Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the management of a commercial property portfolio
  • Strong ability to offer customer service and develop relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Ability to organize and allocate duties with effective time management
  • Drivers license and COR/Real Estate License required
  • Upbeat attitude with leadership qualities and high work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
