If you are a strategic leader with a drive for operational excellence, capable of nurturing talent to its fullest potential, we are looking for a skilled Transformation Manager – Integrated Planning and Delivery. This role focuses on steering strategic projects, governance, and coordination for our operations in Australia.

Working in a technical and regulatory environment, you will oversee the implementation of vital technologies, ensuring maximum value and compliance. Your responsibilities will involve connecting different areas of expertise to optimize product value and drive continuous improvement.

As a key player, you will be in charge of managing strategic projects, schedules, and the Alcoa Business System (ABS). Your role will be pivotal in addressing both short and long-term challenges with data-driven insights, requiring strong stakeholder management and consulting skills across various functions.

Key responsibilities include:

Operational Performance Management:

  • Lead the team in problem-solving to achieve real-time results.
  • Develop and maintain the Plan on a Page (POAP) for operational excellence.
  • Establish scorecards and metrics for monitoring outcomes.

Regional Alcoa Business Systems (ABS):

  • Design and execute targeted ABS strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to global ABS standards and assist in implementation at sites.

Integrated Schedule Management:

  • Align Long Term Mine Plans with 36 Month Mine Plans.
  • Oversee business reporting processes to boost performance and compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Provide strong leadership to navigate business challenges and drive results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to achieve impactful solutions.

People Management:

  • Lead a team of Senior Managers with diverse expertise to deliver projects successfully.
