Lead and manage the end-to-end raw material/board inbound and replenishment operations of the Cartons Botany business to meet production and customer delivery requirements, ensuring stock accuracies and delivery performance to support business objectives.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Provide guidance and direction to the Inward Goods teams with regards to process, operation Kiwiplan and SAP system.
  • Engage and support team members in training programs to ensure a highly skilled and flexible warehouse team
  • Effective resource utilisation and overtime control
  • Review incoming shipments and coordinate with suppliers to receive all import shipping documents on time.
  • Coordinate with 3PL to clear container from port and deliver to 3PL warehouse meeting standard lead time.
  • Identify areas and faults and note all nonconformances in the Opal quality system that result in unnecessary waste and recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Comply with CoR standards and requirements in every aspect of logistics operations on site.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
years of experience in a similar role ideally warehousing/logistics

  • Experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills and general knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as Team Lead or Supervisor
