Your responsibilities in your new position:


  • Lead: the iterative development of user-centred design artefacts, such as personas, journey maps and service mapping/blueprints

Design: and facilitate workshops to iteratively develop strategic thinking and documents
-
Stakeholder Engagement:Work with stakeholders from multiple business areas to design policy that addresses user needs and meets business objectives
-
Conduct:usability testing and other service testing fieldwork with members of the public

  • High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and conduct research such as:
  • Develop user research plan
  • Develop discussion guides & recruitment plans
  • Conduct user research interviews
  • Advanced experience in human centred design, ideations, prototyping and testing of strategy and processes
  • Welldeveloped organisational and time management skills
