Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant based in Sydney with experience in the power sector, specifically in Generation, Transmission, and Distribution.

As part of our team in ANZ, you will be involved in executing projects to enhance capabilities for our clients. This includes working on consultancy and transformation projects for prominent infrastructure organizations in various sectors such as power, water, rail, government facilities, and mining.

  • Understanding and promoting our global Market Offerings to clients, focusing on Aligned Organisation, Informed Investment Decisions, Making Digital Work for You, Empowering Your People, and Outcome Driven Capital Programs
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and implement Asset Management capability uplift initiatives in alignment with our Market Offerings, supported by our experienced team
  • Assisting in the execution of complex Asset Management projects through effective project management
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Proactively addressing risks and issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a degree-level qualification in engineering, business, economics, or related fields
  • Over 5 years of experience in asset management or consultancy, with a solid understanding of the power sector, including Generation, Transmission, and Distribution
  • Significant experience in asset-intensive organizations, understanding their operations, challenges, and successful capability enhancement strategies
  • Experience in innovative and complex programs within asset-intensive organizations
  • Proven track record of working with clients, delivering projects, and building strong relationships
  • Interest in building a professional network and actively engaging in the industry
