You'll play a critical role to provide Health, Safety, Environment and Quality advise along with co-ordination and continuous improvement strategies across the project.


We'll look to you for:

  • Assist with developing and implementing WHS Plans
  • Provide specific and practical WHS advice to line and site management, continually improving workplace health and safety culture
  • Assist managers and supervisors in the development and review of risk assessments and safe work instructions
  • Conduct workplace health and safety investigations
  • Conduct on site internal and supplier audits for Quality, WHS, Rail Safety and Environmental aspects of the business management system.
  • Liaise with contractors/ subcontractors to ensure compliance with onsite
  • Prepare updates for onsite meetings
  • Arrange medicals and other fitness for work assessment as required

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
  • Previous work experience within a, HSEQ role or similar
  • Understanding of the Rail Safety Act & Regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with high attention to detail
