Allocator | Sheridan
At Sheridan, we are seeking an Allocator to join our team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has a passion for retail, is eager to learn and has a good understanding of the retail industry.

Your day to day...

  • Working with the Merchandise Planners to develop and refine Retail Store stock grids/profiles
  • Uploading and managing Purchase Orders in the system
  • Working closely with the Supply team to track and manage Pos
  • Working closely with the Logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of stock into store
  • Working closely with the with the retail team to ensure our stock levels translate well in store
  • Managing replenishment of core and seasonal lines
  • Managing stock levels in conjunction with promotional events
  • Providing weekly delivery and stock allocation updates to the team
  • Providing input and analysis into range planning with Merchandise Planners and Brand Managers for Retail
  • Providing input into the preparation of reporting for Weekly Trade Meetings
About you

  • Experience within a retail store or, as a merchandise allocator or buyers assistant (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Local knowledge of apparel or homewares industry
  • Analytically minded, comfortable with data and systems with a good knowledge of excel
