Presales Manager

As Presales Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing opportunities and ensuring the delivery of commercially compelling and technically feasible solutions to customer problems.
You will act as the bridge between our sales team and delivery experts, and your strong communication skills, commercial savvy and ability to present complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders will see you succeed.
About the role:
- Lead the planning and execution of all presales activities, managing a small team to deliver business needs efficiently
- Work with the sales team and senior management to manage qualified opportunities, including customer engagement, support of solution design and estimation, and preparation of highquality proposals and RFx responses
- Provide support through early engagement on customer opportunities to position both FAIR and appropriate solutions to address customer needs
- Provide sales support by leading or assisting with new or existing customer presentations
- Collaborate with internal resources across the organisation to deliver insightful and informative product demonstrations
- Refine and mature FAIR's presales toolkit to ensure we can quickly, efficiently and accurately respond to customer needs
About you:
- You likely have demonstrated experience in technical presales in SAP, AWS or cloud solutions (CX/CRM, ERP, BTP, AWS would be great)
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
- You have leveraged your excellent communication skills to present to groups of disparate stakeholders confidently
- Your welldeveloped commercial acumen is evident, and you can point to your experience responding successfully to complex RFQs and RFPs
- Finally, you have strong knowledge of our market and can build value propositions that resonate with our customers
- Experience with team management preferred (onshore/offshore)
